We provide vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, installations, and related automotive services. All services are carried out at our premises or at an agreed service location.

3. Pricing
Service pricing varies depending on vehicle make, model, parts required, and labour involved. All customers will be provided with a personalised quotation before any payment is requested.
No work will be carried out and no payment will be processed until the customer has reviewed and accepted the quoted price.

4. Bookings & Appointments
All bookings are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and contact information at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments
Payment is due upon acceptance of the service quotation and prior to work commencing, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card payments, bank transfer, cash, and Klarna where available.

6. Klarna Payments
Where Klarna is offered as a payment method, customers will receive a secure Klarna payment link after a service quotation has been provided and accepted. Prices are calculated based on vehicle specifications, parts required, and labour involved.
By completing payment through Klarna, the customer confirms acceptance of the quoted service and agreed price. All Klarna transactions are subject to Klarna’s own terms and conditions in addition to these Terms & Conditions.
Any approved refunds will be processed via Klarna in accordance with Klarna’s refund procedures.
Klarna is only available for completed quotations and agreed services. Klarna is not used for open-ended estimates or unconfirmed work.

7. Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where possible, we aim to remain flexible with appointment changes. Refunds may not be available where parts have already been ordered or preparation work has already begun.

8. Warranty & Workmanship
We aim to provide high-quality workmanship. Any issues relating to work carried out by us must be reported as soon as reasonably possible.
Faults caused by customer-supplied parts, misuse, wear and tear, or external factors are not covered.

9. Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing faults, hidden defects, or issues unrelated to the work performed. While reasonable care is taken during all services, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure their vehicle is safe to work on and free from personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles.
