Middlemore Autos MMV LTD
We provide vehicle repair, maintenance, and installation services. As our services involve labour and fitted vehicle parts, the following policy applies:

Service Bookings
Once a service has been booked and work has commenced, cancellations and refunds are not available for labour already carried out.

Deposits
Any deposits paid are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or work preparation has begun.

Cancellations
Customers may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request; however, refunds may not be possible if parts have already been ordered or work preparation has begun.

Faulty Parts or Workmanship
If a fault occurs due to parts supplied and fitted by us or workmanship, we will inspect the vehicle and rectify the issue where applicable in line with consumer rights.
Klarna Payments
Refunds for Klarna payments will be processed through Klarna in accordance with their refund procedures once approved.

Klarna Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Once the return is received and approved, refunds for Klarna payments will be processed through Klarna in accordance with their refund procedures. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear.
